In Vitro Propagation of Endemic Mor Mercan Plant (Origanum sipyleum L.)

چکیده
Türkiye'nin endemik bitki türlerinden biri olan “Mor Mercan” ad?yla bilinen Origanum sipyleum L., Lamiaceae familyas?ndan olup yüksek t?bbi ve aromatik de?ere sahiptir. türlerinin antikanserojenik, sitotoksik, antibakteriyel, antidiyabetik, antifungal, antiviral, insektisidal etkilerinin oldu?unu çe?itli bilimsel çal??malar gösterilmi?tir. Bununla birlikte, genetik kaynaklar?n korunmas?nda de?erli tehlike alt?ndaki bitkilerin h?zl? bir ?ekilde ço?alt?m? konusunda yeni araçlar sa?layan ileri biyoteknolojik yöntemler ile L.'nin hakk?nda çok az çal??ma bulunmaktad?r. Bu nedenle bu çal??ma, ?zmir/Bozda?'dan toplanan L. kaynak materyalinin yöntemlerden in vitro teknikler kullan?larak ço?alt?lmas? amac?yla yap?lm??t?r. ?ki eksplant (nodal segment sürgün ucu) tipi dört farkl? ortam?n;(MS+0,5 mg L-1 BAP + 0,1 IAA; MS+1,0 BAP+0,1 ½MS+ 0,5 1,0 IAA) L’un say?s? uzunlu?una etkileri ara?t?r?lm??t?r. Eksplant ba??na en (5,56 adet/eksplant) BAP+ IAA içeren MS ortam?nda büyüyen nodal eksplantlardan elde edilmi?tir. Geli?tirilen bitkicikler, toprak-perlit (2:1) kar???m?ndan olu?an saks? kar???m?na ba?ar?yla nakledilmi?tir.
